Product index

Three families.
One disciplined brief.

RUNSU supplies industrial steel materials in three practical forms. The right starting point depends on what you are buying, how it will be processed and what must be proven before dispatch.

Specification handoff

The same discipline, a different handoff.

A pipe, a bar and a shaft enter an order with different information. This comparison shows what each route needs before the technical and commercial review can be complete.

Technical comparison — dimensions and availability are confirmed per inquiry.

Before you send

Give the order a clean starting point.

A short, precise brief is more useful than a long list of possibilities. Tell us the form, the function and the acceptance points.

  • 01
    Name the form

Pipe, round bar, forged shaft or machined shaft. If it is a custom item, say so.

  • 02
    Anchor the material

Give a grade, standard or drawing. If a reference is uncertain, say which part still needs confirmation.

  • 03
    Define the geometry

OD and wall, diameter and length, or a drawing with tolerances and key dimensions.

  • 04
    Describe the route

Cut, forge, machine, heat treat, inspect or pack. Include the destination port or delivery terms.

Selection questions

Before you specify.

Three common points that are easy to miss when a product family is selected.

Can I send more than one product family in one inquiry?

Yes. Number each item and keep its grade, size and quantity separate. This makes the review clearer and avoids mixing a pipe specification with a bar or shaft requirement.

What if I only know the application?

Describe the application, load or environment and any drawing constraints. We can use that to frame material and processing questions, but the final grade and acceptance criteria still need confirmation.

Are finish options available on every product?

Not necessarily. Bright, ground, cut-to-length or heat-treated conditions are confirmed against the product form, grade and order route rather than assumed from the name.

Choose the form.
Then define the order.

Use the RFQ to identify the family and add the grade, size, quantity, processing need and destination in one place.
