What makes an inquiry

A complete first message reduces the round trips needed before a technical and commercial review. If a point is still open, say so — an explicit open question is better than an assumed value.

State the product family and the grade or standard. If unsure, describe the application and property requirement.
- 02Size and quantity
Give dimensions, drawing reference and quantity. For pipe: OD, wall and length. For bar: diameter and length.
- 03Processing and treatment
Describe cutting, forging, machining, heat treatment, surface and inspection requirements.
- 04Delivery and documents
Name the destination, delivery terms and any certificate or export document requirement.

Your browser validates the required fields, then opens your default email application with a prepared message addressed to edward@runsuindustry.com. The website does not send the message and does not show a sent confirmation.
Can I attach drawings?
Yes — after your email application opens, attach the drawing or technical document there. Attach technical files directly to your inquiry email.
Is my form data stored?
The website does not save form entries. It prepares the inquiry in your email application, where you review and send it. Your email provider handles the message.
My email application did not open. What now?
Use the direct email link or WhatsApp link on this page. You can also copy the details into a new message to edward@runsuindustry.com.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
Response timing depends on the completeness of the requirement, material availability and the technical review needed. Include drawings and complete specifications to help us review efficiently.
Can I ask about several products at once?
Yes. Describe each product line separately with grade, size, quantity, processing and destination so each can be reviewed without mixing requirements.
